Comments: i was completely happy with my experience with dr davidovitch and my anterior hip replacement. dr davidovitch was incredibly kind and empathic when he discovered that i was in excruciating pain and was willing to move up my surgery a bit even though i had had a steroid shot. pre-op was easy. the day of the surgery i arrived in the morning around 7:00 and returned to mt apartment by 4:00, ambulatory and not in pain. my recovery was uneventful. when i called, worried about a particular development, dr davidovitch was again empathic and told me to come to his office even though he was sure that i was fine. i did so and he told me he was happy to relieve my anxiety - which turned out to be false, but reassured, i returned home and easily continued my recovery. his availability and the availability of his staff and their unfailing kindness were important to me. a year later i am well and walking up to five miles in a day and doing all normal daily activities. i am most grateful to him for his excellent and competent care.
