Comments: Roy is what we call in medical profession a 'doctor's doctor.' I am an active urologist in my mid fifties who began experiencing progressively crippling hip pain. After seeing a head of the ortho department at a major hospital for some years, I went for second opinion with Dr. Davidovich given his amount of expertise and reputation among our peers. I was properly diagnosed and had an outpatient right hip replacement via anterior approach in December 2016. I was able to go back to work in one week and my recovery was brisk and uneventful. I returned to my sport in three months as per recommendation. I developed hip pain on the contralateral side three years later (turns out I was born funny and my natural hip joints only lasted the first fifty years). I had my total left hip replacement in April 2019. Recovery was again brisk and uneventful and I was doing office work in one week. As I write this four years from my original surgery, I am completely symptom free and actually have a greater range of motion and strength then before. I couldn't be happier. Thank you doctor!
